Good cooking is one of the creative arts.
Early in life I was fortunate enough to learn from accomplished cooks around me – mother.
During my apprenticeship I was fortunate to learn from accomplished and dedicated professional chefs
with international background. It was these chefs that encouraged my wish to travel and work in my chosen profession with some of the renown hotel companies around the world. I found that cooking is one of the most rewarding ways to express oneself and provide enjoyment
to friends and guests. There is no real mystery in being able to cook well, a healthy interest in good eating and getting the most pleasure from each meal is all it really takes, of course reliable cookery recipes are a great help. I love to cook, for me the excitement of cooking is to be found in trying and creating new dishes or in playing variations on old and familiar ones. I invite you to present such meals to an appreciative family, friends and guests, knowing that this will become an experience to be shared and remembered with pleasure. Food, of course, crosses geographic and political boundaries and dividing lines between culinary
traditions are frequently imprecise. Here you will find a collection of all time favorites from around the world. |
